Every project undertaken by Suffolk Plumbing and Heating Limited follows a strict program that we have developed over the years.
Stage One: Arrange a site visit where we are able to access the project itself and any potential access issues.
Stage Two: Provide the client with a full and comprehensive quotation for all works required along with any additional elements that we would suggest.
Stage Three: Carry out all works in accordance with the quotation and recommendations submitted to the client.
Stage Four: Provide our clients with any training they may need to operate any items installed, for example, New Boilers or Underfloor Heating.

Suffolk Plumbing and Heating Limited are based in Woodbridge Suffolk but carryout work throughout Essex and Cambridgeshire for many domestic clients who use us on a regular basis.

Our commercial works often see us working on projects for property Developers & Construction Companies throughout the South East.

At Suffolk Plumbing and Heating Limited we take the need for sufficient Insurance cover extremely seriously.
We have Public Liability cover up to £5 million and Professional Indemnity up to £10 Million. The welfare of our operative is also extremely important which is why we have substantial employers liability and Personal accident policies in place.
In addition to these policies, we also protect the project we are working on with Tools & business equipment, Stock & materials, Contract works and Legal expenses cover.

Every client, either Domestic or Commercial has the reassurance of knowing that all operatives of Suffolk Plumbing and Heating Limited are City & Guilds Qualified Plumbers and Heating Engineers with full Gas Safe certification and have undergone full training with Worcester Bosch making them accredited installers.
